BPS seeks your understanding for keeping to scheduled appointment(s).

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified BPS at least 1 working day in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Bangkok Psychological Services acknowledges the need for clients to have the assurance that what transpires during therapy will be kept confidential. This assurance of confidentiality covers all written or taped records. Information provided by clients will be kept in confidential records, with the following exceptions:

1. 1. When the  therapist makes an assessment of a forseeable suicide risk which may endanger the life of the client.When the client acknowledges ongoing instances of incest, rape, abuse of a child, elder, or disabled person.
   2. When the client reveals his/her intention to commit a crime or when he/she can be accurately assessed as being a danger to self, others, or society.
   3. When the information is subpoenaed by governing or legal authorities.
